Despite the loss, Dallas County still got an impressive performance from Joshua Davis III , who scored 20 points along with 9 rebounds and 6 blocks. Davis III scored a full 33.9% of Dallas County's points, the eighth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was Kodell Sharp, who scored 13 points.
Dallas County's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Southside, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
Dallas County will head out on the road to face off against Maplesville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southside, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Keith at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
