The Hulett Devils's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 56-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of Meeteetse.
Meeteetse's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Max Potas, who dropped a double-double on 30 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ethan Salzman, who scored nine points along with seven assists and seven rebounds.
Hulett's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Meeteetse, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-0.
Hulett won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Ten Sleep. Meeteetse won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Arvada-Clearmont at 9:30 a.m. on December 9th.
