Liberty had lost five straight at home dating back to last season, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 1-7 to make it six. They lost 18-0 to the Grafton Bearcats. She was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
In other batting news, Ruth Horne was incredible, going 2-for-3 with five stolen bases, four runs, and two RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. Karigan Wildroudt also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen bases of the season.
