GREELEY, Colo. -
Roosevelt (Johnstown, Colo.) extended its winning streak to five games with a 47-19 victory over
Northridge (Greeley, Colo.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a
Kane Kratz touchdown run in the first quarter, the Roughriders were up 35-0 at the half.
A 31-14 Roosevelt victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
The loss comes after Northridge defeated Berthoud 42-6 last week.
In a 3A Tri-Valley game next week Northridge (4-5) takes on Skyline, and Roosevelt (6-2) will go up against Mead also in a 3A Tri-Valley game.
