Tongue River won the last time they faced Moorcroft and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles blew past the Wolves 3-0. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Eagles yet this season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18, 25-8.

Emma Sopko paced Tongue River's offense, picking up 16 kills. Sopko got some help from Aubrey Kelty and her 31 assists. Lily Maslowski controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Tongue River moved to 16-6 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Moorcroft, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Tongue River didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Wright on the 27th. As for Moorcroft, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Sundance at 7:00 p.m. on October 7.
