Monmouth-Roseville's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jake Steele, who scored eight points. Ayden Almaguer was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with two steals.
Morrison's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-15. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.3 points per game. As for Monmouth-Roseville, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-13.
