Bethesda-Chevy Chase's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Carson Griffey led the charge by throwing for 34 yards and a touchdown.
Bethesda-Chevy Chase's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-4. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 29.0 points per game. As for Paint Branch, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.
