 Chadwick had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-16,  25-20.
 Southwest's  loss shouldn't obscure the performances of  Laura Henry, who  had nine  digs and 19  assists, and  Olivia Hnem, who  had ten  digs and two  aces. That's the most  aces  Hnem has posted  in  her last five  contests.
 Chadwick's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Southwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-15-1.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chadwick's road trip will continue as they head out to face Greenwood at 5:30  p.m.  on Monday. Someone's luck will take a turn for the better: Greenwood has lost three straight at home , while Chadwick has lost three on the road. As for Southwest, they will challenge Wheaton at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday.
