Mercedes has gone a perfect 10-0 against Pace recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Mercedes Tigers will welcome the Pace Vikings at 6:30 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Pace will be up against a hot Mercedes team: the squad just extended their winning streak to four. Mercedes put the hurt on Lopez with a sharp 13-1 win on Friday.

Abigail Trevi?o spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on nine hits and racked up six Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Ashley De Leon, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. She is on a roll when it comes to home runs, as she's now launched at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Rhianna Sierra was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Pace never let their opponents score on Friday. Everything went their way against Rivera as Pace made off with a 7-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on five straight.
Rivera's batters probably weren't too happy with Luna Juarez, who pitched a no hitter (she gave up two walks). The dominant performance also gave Juarez a new career-low in hits (zero).
At the plate, Pace saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Megan Mares, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3. Another was Sofia Alejandro, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Pace's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-5. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Mercedes, their win bumped their record up to 9-5.
Everything went Mercedes' way against Pace when the teams last played back in March of 2024, as Mercedes made off with a 19-3 victory. Does Mercedes have another victory up their sleeve, or will Pace turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
