After three games on the road, Plainfield is heading back home. They will take on the Stonington Bears at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
Last Friday, Plainfield suffered a tough 70-50 loss at the hands of the Bulldogs.
Meanwhile, Stonington had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19.5 points), and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Wheeler 59-57. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Plainfield's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Stonington, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3.
