Marysville Getchell will challenge Squalicum on the road at 7:00 PM on Saturday. Marysville Getchell will be looking to avenge the 20-55 loss they took the last time these two teams played.
Last week, Marysville Getchell came up short against Ferndale, falling 16-28.
Meanwhile, Squalicum made easy work of Ferndale and carried off a 36-6 win. Squalicum were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Squalicum's victory lifted them to 3-1 while Marysville Getchell's loss dropped them down to 1-2. We'll see if Squalicum's success rolls on or if Marysville Getchell are able to steal their positive momentum.
