Morgan took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils by a score of 3-1. This was payback for the Huskies, who suffered a 3-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Morgan was especially dominant in the fourth set. The final score came out to 28-26, 20-25, 25-16, 25-10.

Karla Duque paced Morgan's offense, picking up 11 kills. Duque got some help from Avery Vece and her 28 assists. Aaliyah Langner and Kendra Brown kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.
