After losing to the Windham Bombers the last time they met, the Harding Skippers decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Harding took down Windham 68-49 on Tuesday.
Harding's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but James Gadomski led the charge by dropping a double-double on 27 points and ten rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Gadomski has scored at least a third of Harding's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Parsons, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 13 rebounds.
Harding's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Windham, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.
Harding will head out on the road to face off against Maplewood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Maplewood is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home. Windham will take on Badger at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Badger knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past three matches -- so hopefully Windham likes a good challenge.
