The Castlewood Warriors's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Tuesday after their third straight loss. They took a   47-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Clark/Willow Lake. That's two games in a row now that Castlewood has lost by exactly four  points.
 Several Warriors players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Sophia Kudrna, who  scored 15 points. Another player making a difference was  Presley Knecht, who  scored seven points.
 Castlewood has  not been sharp recently, as they've  lost five of their last six games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Clark/Willow Lake, they pushed their record up to 3-6 with that  win, which was their third straight  on the road.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Castlewood will  challenge Great Plains Lutheran at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Great Plains Lutheran will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. Clark/Willow Lake is on the road again  on Friday and play against Deuel at 6:15  p.m.  on January 12th.
