The Prince RVT Falcons pushed their score all the way to 66 on Wednesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were outmatched by New Britain at home and fell 103-66. Even though they lost, Prince RVT's still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 50.8 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).
Despite the loss, Prince RVT still got an impressive performance from Nate Baker, who went 8 for 10 from beyond the arc en route to 30 points and 1 assists. That's the first time this season that Baker scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Anthony Hernandez , who scored six points along with six rebounds.
This is the second loss in a row for Prince RVT and nudges their season record down to 1-5. As for New Britain, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Prince RVT will take on Cheney RVT at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Cheney RVT focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Wednesday. New Britain will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Windsor at 6:45 p.m. on January 12th.
