Laguardia lost a heartbreaker the last time they played School of the Future, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's matchup. Laguardia's pitcher stepped up to hand School of the Future a 10-0 shutout on Tuesday. Considering Laguardia has won six games by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

RIKI EKUNI was a standout: he got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. He has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times he's played. Another player making a difference was AUGUST HOLDEN RICHARDS, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Laguardia's win bumped their record up to 8-3. As for School of the Future, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-4.

Laguardia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for School of the Future, they will square off against Baruch College at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Devils Bearcats will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something School of the Future surely won't give up without a fight.
