The Compass Charter Aviators will be home for the holidays to greet the Four Rivers Falcons at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Compass Charter has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
Compass Charter scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 42-26 victory over Non Varsity Opponent. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Compass Charter has managed all season.
Compass Charter can attribute much of their success to Reanna Byers, who scored 25 points along with seven steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which Byers has scored at least 25% of Compass Charter's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Kartchner, who scored two points along with ten rebounds and seven steals.
Meanwhile, Four Rivers' recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Saturday after their third straight loss. They were the victim of a rough 51-31 loss at the hands of Powder Valley.
Compass Charter's victory bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Four Rivers, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
