Ridgefield's Michael Knox recorded the longest rushing play in 2A Greater St. Helens this season in his game against Washougal last week. Knox scampered for 68 yards on the play and finished with 96 on the day as his team beat the Panthers.
Mark Morris extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Hockinson, 41-9. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Ridgefield's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Gunnar Long threw for 150 yards and Sam Gillenwater had 75 yards receiving. John White helped Ridgefield's passing attack out by catching two balls for 74 yards.
