St. Andrew's was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in Independent. The Cardinals vanquished Wilmington Friends 34-27 earlier in the week.
Tower Hill made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,171 from 12,906. The advance stemmed from a 21-13 victory over Tatnall last week.
St. Andrew's' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cardinals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Austin Tilghman has thrown for 24 yards this season, while Joe Hines has one catches for 13 yards. Tilghman also leads the league in rushing with 335 yards.
St. Andrew's led the league in scoring this week after putting up 34 points on the Quakers.
