It was a good run, but Oak Park unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits. The shutout was out of character for the Eagles seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in February.

Oak Park's loss dropped their record down to 14-9. As for Long Beach Poly, they are on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

Oak Park wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Taft on the 5th. As for Long Beach Poly, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Roosevelt on the 5th.
