Hebron is 9-1 against Kouts since May of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Hawks will host the Mustangs & Fillies at 4:30 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Monday.
On Friday, Hebron got the win against Morgan Township by a conclusive 11-4. Considering the Hawks have won four matches by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Addison Toczek was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. Toczek was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one triple the last three times she's played.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Macey Siminski, who went 4-for-5 with four runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in May of 2024. Another player making a difference was Addison Dujmovich, who went 2-for-4 with four RBI.
Hebron kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
Meanwhile, after only two runs in their last game, Kouts made sure to put some runs up on the board against Tri-Township on Friday. The Mustangs & Fillies were the clear victors by a 17-1 margin over the Tigers. With that victory, the Mustangs & Fillies brought their scoring average up to 6.3 runs per game.
Katelyn Kleckner made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Kleckner was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season.
In other batting news, Lillian Earle was incredible, going 2-for-4 with one home run, seven RBI, and two runs. She also put up a triple, which was her first of the season. Cheyanne Bailey was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with four runs, one stolen base, and one double.
Kouts pushed their record up to 4-6 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.8 runs on average over those games. As for Hebron, their win bumped their record up to 4-5.
Hebron was able to grind out a solid victory over Kouts when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 5-2. Will the Hawks repeat their success, or do the Mustangs & Fillies have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
