Audrey Werra put in work no matter where she played. On the mound, she pitched four innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off six hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Werra wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Maura Meunier, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
As for Germantown, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.5 runs over those games.
