There's no place like home for Briarcliff, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 59-34 margin over the Rye Neck Panthers on Friday. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five contests by 23 points or more this season.

The win got Briarcliff back to even at 7-7. As for Rye Neck, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-4.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Briarcliff will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Haldane on February 26th. We've got a battle between Panthers coming up.
