The Westwood Baptist Academy Eagles stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They blew past Rivers of Life Christian 60-30 on the road. With Westwood Baptist Academy ahead 38-15 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Westwood Baptist Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Alexander Carson, who scored 19 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Carson has scored all season. Gage Barker was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with three steals and two blocks.
Rivers of Life Christian's loss came despite strong showings from Tyler Jepsen and Jacob Cochran. Jepsen scored 12 points, while Cochran scored 11 points.
Westwood Baptist Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. As for Rivers of Life Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-11.
