Marley Plahn put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in March on Wednesday. She struck out 13 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and six unearned) runs off two hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.
