Lyndhurst was led to victory by Asya Akar and Sam Mayer. Akar scored 15 points along with five rebounds, while Mayer scored 16 points along with five assists and five steals. The game was Akar's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooke Harper, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.
Lyndhurst has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for North Arlington, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.
