Several Cobras players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Abi Marcello, who scored 18 points along with five rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Marcello has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jessica Castro, who scored 13 points.
Harford Tech's defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Rising Sun, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.
Harford Tech will head out on the road to square off against Bel Air at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Rising Sun, they will be playing at home against Elkton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Rising Sun is facing Elkton at the right time seeing as Elkton is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
