After having lost a blowout in their previous game against San Pedro, Dorsey was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They enjoyed a cozy 75-59 win over the Animo Robinson Monarchs. The Dons' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Several Monarchs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Deandre Kirkpatrick, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. Kirkpatrick's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Roger Shackelford was another key player, putting up 20 points and four steals.
