The Baltic Bulldogs lost against the Flandreau Fliers back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Baltic opened the new year with a less-than-successful 58-51 defeat to Flandreau.
Despite the loss, Baltic still got an impressive performance from Jack Erickson, who scored 19 points along with eight rebounds. The match was Erickson's ninth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ben Erickson, who scored nine points.
Even though they lost, Baltic were smashing the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
Baltic's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-3. As for Flandreau, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Sioux Valley has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 518 points over their last eight games.
