When it comes to explaining why Cornerstone Christian Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Nason Dorman. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 21 points and 13 rebounds. That was a full 47.7% of Cornerstone Christian Academy's points, marking the fifth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lakehill Prep to victory, but perhaps none more so than Drew Perry, who scored 22 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Perry has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last 17 times he's played. Jordan Vicente was another key contributor, scoring 21 points along with two steals.
Cornerstone Christian Academy's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Lakehill Prep, their win bumped their record up to 11-13.
