 Bishop LeBlond  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with 13  aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Maryville only  served five  aces.
 Despite the loss, Maryville still got an impressive performance from   Evelyn Branner, who  had 14  digs and one assist.
Bishop LeBlond's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Maryville,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 8-4 record.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bishop LeBlond will welcome Excelsior Springs  at 8:30  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Maryville, they will be playing at home against Atchison  at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday.
