Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for The Ridge View Blazers, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They fell 26-14 to Lancaster on Friday. Ridge View's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.
Tre Howard threw for 137 yards and a touchdown while completing 83.3% of his passes. Jordon Gidron was his top target, picking up 84 receiving yards. On the ground, Aidan Keeffe rushed for 75 yards.
Ridge View's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Lancaster, their win ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-9.
Ridge View does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lancaster will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Lucy Beckham at 7:30 p.m. on November 10th.
