Signal Mountain lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Chattanooga Central, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's matchup. The Eagles blew past the Pounders 61-35 on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Eagles as they're now sitting on four straight.

Leading Signal Mountain to victory were Max Rackel and Dane McMillan. Rackel shot 50% from the field on his way to 15 points, while McMillan posted 12 points. John Zimmerman was another key player, putting up ten points and seven rebounds.

Signal Mountain was working as a unit and finished the game with 15 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Signal Mountain's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Chattanooga Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5.

Looking ahead, Signal Mountain and Baylor will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. The Eagles will be up against the Red Raiders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.83 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. Chattanooga Central will take on Cleveland in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
