The UIC College Prep Firecats can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Monday. They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 71-29 win over Roosevelt. The win was just what UIC College Prep needed coming off of a 76-43 loss in their prior matchup.
UIC College Prep found their leader in underclassman James Hodrick, who almost dropped a double-double on 19 points and nine rebounds. Another player making a difference was Wyatt Jones, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
UIC College Prep now has a winning record of 14-13. As for Roosevelt, they dropped their record down to 1-17 with that loss, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.
UIC College Prep will be staying on the road on Sunday to face off against Fasman Yeshiva at 1:30 p.m. on February 11th. As for Roosevelt, they will be playing in front of their home fans against MCC at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
