On Friday, Albany put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They took the contest and then some with a 66-18 win over Braymer/Breckenridge. That's another feather in the cap for Albany, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Braymer/Breckenridge's loss came about despite a quality game from senior Keaton O'Dell, who passed for 146 yards and 2 touchdowns.
The win got Albany back to even at 3-3. Braymer/Breckenridge are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-6.
Next week Albany take on North Andrew at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams have set a high bar for this match after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. Braymer/Breckenridge will stay at home against King City/Union Star at 7:00 PM.
