Southern School of Energy and Sustainability has been struggling as of late, and they have yet to win a game this season. They came up short against the Vance County Vipers on Monday, falling 5-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Vance County this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 back in March.

Southern School of Energy and Sustainability's defeat dropped their record down to 0-9-1. As for Vance County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-2 record this season.
