Walker (Marietta, Ga.) extended its winning streak to nine games with a 20-3 victory over
Mount Paran Christian (Kennesaw, Ga.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Bradley Moore in the second quarter, the Wolverines led 7-0 at the half.
Walker expanded its lead to 14 points entering the fourth quarter. WHS scored once in the quarter on a touchdown run by
Evan Kasian.
Moore stood out for the Marietta school in the win. The junior ran for one touchdown. He has now scored four touchdowns on the season.
The Wolverines came into the game allowing 10.1 points per game.
The victory will ease some of the sting of Walker's close 25-22 loss to the Eagles last season.
