Oasis Academy is a perfect 8-0 against Silver Stage since April of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Bighorns will face off against the Nighthawks at 4:00 p.m. Oasis Academy will aim to continue their four-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last.
Oasis Academy barely beat Pershing County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bighorns blew past the Mustangs 12-6 on Saturday. The Bighorns might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Kellan Openshaw, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Oasis Academy is undefeated when Openshaw posts two or more runs, but 7-8 otherwise. Tyler Clark also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Oasis Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .525. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.
Meanwhile, Silver Stage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They came up short against West Wendover, falling 15-3. Surprisingly, this marked the third straight game in which the away team has come away the victor in this series.
Silver Stage saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Blayne Baratti Butler, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double. Another was Demitri Smith, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI and one double.
Oasis Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-8. As for Silver Stage, their loss dropped their record down to 3-13.
Silver Stage's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Oasis Academy has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10.9 hits per game. It's a different story for Silver Stage, though, as they've been averaging 9.9 hits. Given Oasis Academy's sizable advantage in that area, the Nighthawks will need to find a way to close that gap.
Oasis Academy got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in March of 2025 against Silver Stage by a conclusive 14-0 score. Do the Bighorns have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Nighthawks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
