They came out on top against Forest Lake Academy by a score of 64-52 on Tuesday. With that victory, Cornerstone Charter Academy brought their scoring average up to 50.2 points per game.
Jayden Lebron was his usual excellent self, scoring 28 points along with 7 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Cornerstone Charter Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Derick Augustin, who scored 9 points along with 6 rebounds.
This is the second loss in a row for Regency Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Cornerstone Charter Academy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
