They were beaten by Somerset Academy South Homestead 59-25. Colonial Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-7.
Leading Somerset Academy South Homestead to victory were Justice Sheppard and Sakura Barnes. Sheppard dropped a triple-double on ten points, ten rebounds, and ten assists, while Barnes dropped a double-double on ten points and ten steals. Barnes is crushing the steal category: she's posted at least three every time she's taken the court this season. Joann Barnes was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five steals.
Colonial Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Somerset Academy South Homestead, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-6.
