The biggest upset of the week belonged to Whale Branch, who took down 62nd ranked Allendale-Fairfax, 32-22. Brandon Morton threw for 55 yards and one touchdown in the win.

Kennth Butler was the best wideout in the league this week as Denmark-Olar bested Military Magnet Academy. Butler racked up one reception for 55 yards.
Lavonte DeLoach was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 13 carries, he ran for 77 yards as the Vikings topped the Eagles. Xavier Reid also contributed to the rushing game with 48 yards on the ground.
Whale Branch's Morton and Devonta Delaney have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading A Region V in both passing and receiving yards. Morton has thrown for 845 yards this season, while Delaney, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 31 catches for 831 yards. Allendale-Fairfax's Brandon Jordan leads the league in rushing yards with 914.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Jerry Hatcher's team takes on Estill. The Warriors are in second place, while the Fighting Gators are in third place.
