Christian Fellowship relied on the efforts of Kylie Babich, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds, and Brooke Grathwohl, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. Grathwohl continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Ariya Barton was another key contributor, scoring six points along with nine rebounds and eight assists.
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Columbia Independent, who are still winless after their ninth game. They were beaten by Calvary Lutheran 65-16 last Thursday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Columbia Independent in their matchups with the Lions: they've now lost three in a row.
Christian Fellowship is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season. As for Columbia Independent, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-9.
