Everything went their way against the Ocala Christian Crusaders as the Oasis Christian Lions made off with  a  15-2 win. Winning may never get old, but Oasis Christian sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
  Chauncey Goldwire made a splash no matter where he played. He  tossed five innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   six  hits (he also only allowed one  walk). Goldwire was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-4 with four  RBI, a  triple,  and a  run.
 In other batting news, Oasis Christian got a  massive  performance out of  Brandon Earls, who  scored two  runs while going 2-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Trey Ayala, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Oasis Christian's victory was  their sixth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 10-5. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.3 runs per game. As for Ocala Christian, they have  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost four of their last five contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record  this season.
 Oasis Christian will be staying on the road  on Monday to face off against Ruskin Christian at 4:00  p.m. Oasis Christian knows how to get  runs on the board -- the  squad has finished with flashy  run totals in its past four matches -- so hopefully Ruskin Christian likes a good challenge. As for Ocala Christian, they will head out on the road to  challenge  First Academy at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. First Academy is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 7.9  runs per game this season.
