With a playoff win on the line, Kenwood rose to the challenge on Monday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Whitney Young Dolphins 4-2. Winning may never get old, but the Broncos sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.
Jimmy Downs made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits.
