St. Joseph gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They blew past the Shoreland Lutheran Pacers 34-6. The contest was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Lancers had established a 27-point advantage.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead St. Joseph to victory, but perhaps none more so than Zach Rizzo, who threw for 192 yards and one TD, and also punched in one score on the ground.
