Petra Academy's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their third straight defeat. They fell 34-21 to Non Varsity Opponent. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Petra Academy of the 34-32 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.
Petra Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Addy Kerr, who scored eight points.
Petra Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Non Varsity Opponent, their victory bumped their record up to 115-215.
Petra Academy will take on Flathead Valley HomeSchool at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 46-21 victory vs. Lawrence Upper on the 8th.
