Wheaton North waltzed into their contest on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Fremd Vikings by a score of 2-0. The Falcons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings, too.

Aidan Syswerda paced Wheaton North's offense, picking up 11 kills. Syswerda got some help from Trey Hubner and his 13 assists. Syswerda was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Wheaton North's victory bumped their record up to 18-10. As for Fremd, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-13 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wheaton North will host Glenbard North at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fremd, they will take on Palatine at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
