Ozanam posted their biggest victory since November 30, 2023 on Wednesday. They blew past Kansas School for the Deaf 55-31. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 35-12.
Talan Olmstead was his usual excellent self, scoring 21 points along with nine rebounds and four blocks. Olmstead is absolutely dominating the rebound category: he's posted at least eight every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zaireion Nicholson, who scored eight points along with 14 rebounds and two steals.
The victory makes it two in a row for Ozanam and bumps their season record up to 6-7. As for Kansas School for the Deaf, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 6-3.
