Brady had to endure a seven-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Comfort Bobcats/Deer on Friday, sneaking past 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted since March 4th.

Brady's victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-5 and their overall record up to 4-14-2. As for Comfort, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Brady will challenge rival Llano at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Comfort is set to take on their familiar foe Blanco at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
