Paradise Valley won the last time they faced Desert Edge and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Paradise Valley Trojans claimed a resounding 55-25 win over the Desert Edge Scorpions. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matches by 20 points or more this season.

Paradise Valley found their leader in sophomore Neha Patel, who went 9 of 18 to rack up 23 points. That makes it five consecutive games in which Patel has scored at least a third of Paradise Valley's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaitlyn Jimmy, who posted six points in addition to seven assists and five steals.

The victory made it two in a row for Paradise Valley and bumps their season record up to 11-12. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 24.5 points over those games. As for Desert Edge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-17 record this season.

Paradise Valley has already played their next contest, a 59-27 win against Verrado on the 7th. As for Desert Edge, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 37-28 victory against Independence on the 6th.
